Refund Policy
We want you to love your purchase. If not, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility: Items must be in the same condition you received them — unworn/unused, with tags, in original packaging — and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Damages & Issues: Please check your order when it arrives. If it’s defective, damaged, or the wrong item, contact us right away so we can make it right.
Non-Returnable Items: Seasonal items (including Christmas pajamas) are final sale and non-refundable. Custom or personalized products, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, sale items, and gift cards are also non-returnable.
Exchanges: The fastest way to get what you need is to return the item, and once approved, purchase the replacement separately.
EU Customers: If your order ships to the European Union, you have a 14-day cooling-off period to return for any reason. Items must meet the same return eligibility above.
Refunds: Once your return is approved and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Bank or card processing may take additional time. If it’s been more than 15 business days since your return was approved, email ali@apostlelivinginc.com.
