Refund Policy
Love it or Return it:
We want you to love your purchase! If not, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Please note: buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Eligibility For Return:
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unused, and unwashed
- With original tags attached
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.
How to Start a Return:
Email us at ali@apostlelivinginc.com to begin the process. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions for sending the item back.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
Please check your order when it arrives. If it’s defective, damaged, or the wrong item, contact us right away so we can make it right.
Non-Returnable Items:
Seasonal items (including Christmas pajamas), custom or personalized products, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, sale items, and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.
Exchanges:
We do not offer direct exchanges. For the fastest service, please return your item (if eligible) and place a new order for the desired item once your return is approved.
EU Customers:
If your order ships to the European Union, you have a 14-day cooling-off period to return items for any reason. Items must meet the same eligibility requirements above. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or denial.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer. If it has been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved, please contact us at ali@apostlelivinginc.com
