Shipping Rates:
- Free standard shipping within the United States on orders over $45
- $5 flat-rate shipping on U.S. orders under $45
- At this time, we do not ship outside of the United States
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Order Processing:
Orders are typically processed and verified within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing times may vary during periods of high demand or product shortages.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed.
Delivery Timeframes:
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days.
Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order is on its way.
Changes to Orders:
Once an order has been placed, we are unable to add, remove, or modify items or shipping addresses.
If you believe you entered incorrect information, please contact us immediately at ali@apostlelivinginc.com. Address changes can only be made if the order has not yet shipped.
Incorrect Addresses:
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an incorrect address is submitted and the package is delivered incorrectly or returned to sender, Apostle Living Inc. is not responsible for replacement or refund of the order.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
Apostle Living Inc. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier.
If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly using the tracking information provided.
